Maybe you've done therapy, breathwork, or some kind of inner work, and something real opened, then faded. Or maybe you've never had the space to go there at all. Either way, there's a part of you that's still holding on, even after all the understanding.
This time, it doesn't fade. This time, we have enough time.
You've been in breathwork, done the inner work, maybe gone on a journey. Something cracked open. You touched something real, and then it faded before you could do anything with it.
You've been talking about it for years. The insight is there. But something hasn't moved. You're doing the work in your head, and your body hasn't gotten the message yet.
You're someone who's ready to go deeper in your journey, alongside other men who are in it with you. This is a unique opportunity to do the real work in a circle of brothers, where you're seen, held, and pushed further than you'd ever go alone.
This is not for you if you're only looking for a relaxing getaway. This is deep work. It will ask something of you. And it will give back far more.
Answer honestly. We'll tell you if this is the right fit, right now.
Everything you answered points to a man who's done the work, knows there's more, and is ready to finally go all the way through. The retreat was built for exactly where you are right now.
Yes, I'm Ready Not sure yet? Book a free discovery callYou're standing at the edge of something, and the fact that you took this quiz honestly says more than your score does. Men in exactly your position often get the most out of this retreat. The hesitation you feel? That's not a no. That's the threshold. Apply, and we'll talk it through together before anything is final.
I'm In, Let's TalkThis retreat asks real willingness to go inward. If that's not where you are right now, that's okay. When the time comes, you'll know.
"If I am not for me, who will be for me?
And when I am for myself alone, what am I?
And if not now, then when?"
Avos 1:14
We move from safety into depth, and we don't leave until it's anchored.
Guided workshops and parts work, the first step is getting to know yourself, the parts you lead with and the ones you've kept out of sight.
Why it worksYou can't put down what you haven't met. Naming the parts you carry, without judgment, is what gives the rest of the work somewhere real to land.
Two sessions, an opening and a deep dive. Your breath is the doorway.
Why it worksConscious breathing shifts your nervous system out of fight-or-flight, so what's been stuck finally has somewhere to go.
Experiential group processing. Not talking about it, going through it. This comes first, so what surfaces here is ready to be released.
Why it worksInsight lives in your head. This is where it moves into your body and your relationships, the places it actually has to live to matter.
A sound bath with gongs and singing bowls, lie back and let the vibration do the work.
Why it worksSound moves through the body in ways words can't reach. The vibration helps the nervous system drop into deep rest, often where the real integration happens.
Prompted, guided journaling that turns what surfaced into words you can carry home.
Why it worksAn experience you can't put into words is one that fades by Thursday. Writing it down is how it becomes part of your story, not just something that happened to you once.
A fire ceremony. What you've carried is named out loud, witnessed by other men, and handed to the flames, something written down, given over, and watched as it burns. A physical act of release. It stays gone.
Why it worksWatching a burden actually burn does what talking about it never can. The fire makes release something you can see happen, visible, final, witnessed by the men beside you.
A guided journey through the one story you've never been able to put down, told once more, seen new, and released. Sometimes the story is about someone who hurt you. Sometimes it's about you. Nothing is excused. Nothing is forgotten. But the weight stops being yours to carry.
Why it worksThe grudge doesn't survive on what happened; it survives on what you've decided it means. Shift the meaning and the grip opens, no apology required, no confrontation needed, nothing asked of anyone but you. Even when the one you can't forgive is the man in the mirror.
This one lives entirely in the field. We open with a cacao ceremony out on the land, a warm cup passed hand to hand, an intention set out loud, then walk to the herd. Horses read your nervous system, not your reputation. We close right there in the grass, naming what moved out loud, so it stays with you when you leave.
Why it worksEverything happens outside, where there's nowhere to perform. The cacao softens the walls, the horses mirror what's actually happening inside you, honest, four-legged biofeedback, and naming it out loud on the land is what makes the shift something you can keep.
"This isn't a highlight reel of modalities. It's one coherent journey, built to take you somewhere real and bring you back grounded."
No hype. No performance. A clinically grounded arc designed for one thing: a real, authentic shift that holds after you go home.
Landing, settling, meeting the men. We open the container with intention, a welcome workshop for the mind, a grounding breath practice for the body. Nothing is rushed. Trust is built before anything is asked of you.
"Most men don't realize how much they've been holding until they finally put it down."
Workshops for the mind, understanding what you carry and why it's stayed. Breathwork and experiential processing for the body, because insight alone doesn't move what lives in the nervous system. And the fire unburdening ceremony for the soul, where what you've been carrying is witnessed, named, and released.
This is where the real deepening happens, going deeper than talk alone can reach, working through what's been stuck for years, until you finally have a space to give it up and let go in a way that's authentic, not forced.
Sauna and cold plunge between sessions. The body integrates what the mind just learned.
"The breathwork reached something I'd been talking around for years."
The final day is for integration. Journaling and an integration workshop turn everything that surfaced into something concrete: what shifted, what you're leaving behind, what you're carrying into your marriage, your family, your avodah. A closing ceremony seals it, witnessed by the group. And your post-retreat integration call with Lipa is already on the calendar.
"Integration isn't the end of the retreat. It's the beginning of everything after."
Off the grid doesn't mean off the map. Every part of this property has a name and a purpose, and over three days, you'll move through more of it than you'd expect.
The Dome sits at the center of it all, where the group work, the breathwork, and the ceremony happen. From there, paths lead out to the Grandfather Tree, the Sanctuary, and the Cave, places built for the solo time woven into the arc.
The Star Seed field and the Wishing Tree Spire sit further out, for whenever you need open sky and space to think. Meals happen at the Chalets, Petite and Grand, while the Lodge is home base for some of the excursions we'll do together. The Tea House is set aside for solo reflection, and the Spa holds the sauna and cold plunge. You'll rest in the Sanctuary House and Carriage House, with glamping tents available if you'd like to be closer to the land. All of it matters just as much as anything that happens in the Dome.
All of it is here so you have somewhere to set this down.
The kind of man who senses the room, carries others without being asked, and spends a lot of time inside his own mind trying to make sense of it all.
Most people are wired one way. Either they live in their head, always processing, always making sense of things... or they live in their feelings, deeply attuned to what's real. I've been blessed with both. To think deeply and feel deeply at the same time is a gift. But it isn't a simple one. When you can feel everything and analyze everything simultaneously, you spend a lot of years trying to figure out what to do with all of it.
I spent a lot of time in my head, even while feeling things deeply. I noticed how often we retreat back into our minds rather than stay with what we're actually experiencing. When I encountered breathwork during my own training, something shifted... a personal journey long before it became part of how I work with others. I came to understand, slowly and honestly, you can't think your way out of something you felt your way into. That's also why I'm in this with you, not just guiding from the outside. I know what it feels like, because I've lived it.
"You can't take someone further than you've gone yourself."
I'm Lipa Honig, LMSW, Psychosomatic Breathwork Facilitator, and therapist trained in IFS and trauma-informed care. I've been holding space for men in therapy, in breathwork groups, and in the quiet moments after both... and it's an honor every time.
Outside of this work I try to make room for the things that keep me grounded... being in nature, reading, teaching, and creating. Honestly, I wish I had more time for all of it.
My approach is simple: intention, clinical depth, and a genuine belief that every man in the room deserves to be met with compassion, not judgment.
Let's be honest... we're all human, and we're all in this together.
You won't be held by one person alone. Every member of the team assisting throughout the retreat is a licensed therapist with trauma-informed training, so no matter where you are in the room, you're in clinically capable, compassionate hands.
"You've been holding it together long enough. The fact that you're reading this means you're ready. This is your time."
The breath has been the gateway to the inner world since before words existed. We bring that ancient knowing into a clinical framework, so what opens, stays open.

All payments are non-refundable. This isn't a transaction, it's a commitment. To yourself, and to the eleven other men holding a seat in the circle beside you. When you pay, you're claiming your place in a small, fixed container that only works because everyone in it has fully committed. Please apply only when you're ready to say yes with your whole heart.
Most retreats give you an experience and send you home. What happens next is what separates a powerful few days from a real life change.
You go home with a why and a purpose, and a quieter kind of paradigm shift. Not the fireworks of a single breakthrough, but the steady sense that you're finally on the right path. Because healing was never a destination you arrive at. It's a direction. And once you know you're facing the right way, the walk home stops feeling like something to get through, and starts feeling like the journey it always was.
"The retreat opens the door. Integration is how you walk through it, and stay through it."
A personal 1:1 call with Lipa after you return home. To process what came up, anchor what shifted, and plan what comes next.
The 12 men in the room become a container that continues. This community doesn't end at checkout.
Men report their therapy goes deeper in the weeks and months after. It gives you and your therapist new material to work with.
We keep the group intentionally small, never more than 12 men. Every man in the room shapes the container for everyone else. That's why we don't just take whoever signs up first.
"Registering is step one. A comprehensive intake process follows, a real conversation to make sure this is the right room for you, and the right timing."
If it's a yes, you'll know you earned your place in that room, and so did every man sitting next to you. If the timing isn't right, we'll tell you honestly and hold the door open for next time.
The men who end up in this room are the ones who were meant to be there.
Doing breathwork with Lipa was a very transformative and emotional experience. From the initial phone call to the intake process, he was very attentive, made me feel heard, and understood my intention going in. His follow-up was also very appreciated. Lipa takes the time to listen, really understand where his clients come from, and even makes someone outside the heimish community feel comfortable. I highly recommend him, whether you're experienced or a first-timer, to trust Lipa as a breathwork facilitator.
Going in, I was pretty skeptical about breathwork. But Lipa's circle shifted that for me completely. It brought me clarity, peace, mindfulness, and real tranquility. I felt connected to my body in a way I hadn't in a long time, like I was finally back in myself. There was such an ease to it, and I could genuinely feel a heaviness lift off of me.
Lipa is insightful and caring. The time he takes to explain the breathwork session is invaluable.
Was really insightful and the impact was felt for weeks afterwards. The energy and sensitivity that I experienced is still with me every day. Thank you!!!
I did breathwork with Lipa and it was a great experience. It felt like an emotional massage and release, plus a deeper understanding of myself and lasting effects. Totally recommend!!
Lipa puts so much care into every part of the experience. It's not just about the breathwork, it's everything before and after that makes it so meaningful. The sessions are deep, and he creates a space where you feel safe, supported, and able to fully let go. His attention to detail and the way he holds space make the whole experience truly special.
I was never able to get in touch with myself in this way.
Not automatically. This is a small, curated group, 12 men, chosen with intention. The application is followed by a personal intake conversation with Lipa before anything is confirmed. This isn't about filtering people out, it's about making sure every man in that room is the right fit for each other. When it works, it really works. That only happens when the group is right.
It starts simply, you send in a short request expressing your interest. From there, Lipa will reach out to schedule a brief 15-minute call, just to connect and get a feel for where you're at. If it feels like the right fit, for you and for the group, you'll be invited to complete the full application. Once that's in and reviewed, your spot is confirmed. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is automatic. Every step is personal.
Good, you don't need any experience. The retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We build slowly, safely, and with full support. Many of the most powerful moments happen for first-timers.
All payments are non-refundable, and we say that with intention, not coldness. This retreat only works because it's a small, fixed container: twelve men, fully committed, for three days. When you pay, you're not reserving a spot, you're making a promise to yourself and to the eleven men who will stand in the circle with you. That non-refundable commitment is part of what makes the work real; it's the line you cross that says I'm all in. So please apply only when you're truly ready to be here, knowing the commitment is a full yes.
The retreat is in the Catskills, upstate New York. Getting here is your responsibility, but we'll do our best to help coordinate rides between attendees. If you're interested, let us know after your call and we'll try to connect you with someone coming from a similar area. We can't guarantee it, but we'll try.
The fact that you're asking that question is usually the answer. You don't need to have it figured out before you arrive. You just need to be willing to show up. We'll take it from there, together.
We move slowly and intentionally. Nothing is forced. You are always in control of your own experience. Challenged, yes. Overwhelmed, no.
We ask that you commit to the full experience, the arc matters and each part builds on the last. If there's a genuine emergency we'll handle it with understanding.
Most retreats give you an experience and send you home. Every element here, the breathwork, the ceremony, the processing, the integration, is part of one intentional arc. You don't just feel something here. You build something lasting.
The best thing you can do is put your phone away entirely, give yourself the full gift of being unreachable for three days. If that feels too hard, there will be intentional windows for phone access. And honestly? That's part of the growth exercise. Noticing what it brings up to disconnect is part of the work.
Every participant receives a personal post-retreat integration call with Lipa. We'll process what came up, anchor what shifted, and support what comes next. The work doesn't stop when you go home.
If something in you has been saying yes while reading this, trust it. You weren't meant to read this page by accident.
